What do you do?
We are a SAAS software solution provider who has developed the world’s first ServiceNow certified application to manage the delivery and collection of IT equipment through a range of Smart Lockers and Smart Vending machines
How did you get started?
After working as Service transformation consultants and ServiceNow experts we saw time and time again that while every other aspect of Workplace Support had “gone digital” the delivery and collection of IT equipment was still a manual, labour intensive and slow activity. Other businesses had tried Smart Lockers as the solution, but we realised that the solution was to build the Smart Locker automation directly as a ServiceNow certified application, which is how Velocity Smart Technology was formed.
What are you looking forward to most at SITS?
SITS is always a great opportunity to keep up with the latest innovations in IT service and support and to see some of the new technologies and services which are available. Apart from looking forward to our speaking event, it will be great to actually spend time meeting other exhibitors and visitors.
