How did you get started?
After 15 years as sleep-deprived software engineers on support rotas for financial trading platforms, we know the pressure first-hand. We’ve justified millions spent on monitoring and APM tools – only to realise they’re useless if engineers are encountering them for the first time during a crisis.
We learned the hard way: investing in tools means nothing if your team isn’t prepared. That’s why we created Uptime Labs – turning stress into something manageable, and even fun, by gamifying the training.
