Exploring the fast-moving world of autonomous IT are Dale Cheeseman, EMEA Director of AI and Data Architects at ServiceNow, and Alison Callaway, Data Solution Architect at ServiceNow. ‘The Rise of Autonomous IT: Productivity Without Limits‘ examines how AI agents that can learn, reason, and act are shifting IT from reactive support to proactive, enterprise-wide productivity, augmenting people rather than replacing them and freeing teams to focus on innovation and strategic priorities.
