Previously, a Police Inspector in Hertfordshire Police, she learned the art of leading people in high stress situations, whilst needing to build relationships in minutes, and influence in seconds. She has applied these skills in helping professionals to use those softer skills to complement technical expertise for a more productive and profitable business.
