Simon Lara

I’m Simon, an IT leader with a track record of building IT teams that outperform our peers and the industry as a whole. I’m, currently the CIO of SPS Pool Care and I have 21 years of IT experience, where I started as a helpdesk analyst. I also have 23 concurrent years of experience coaching basketball, 5 professionally. I hold a BS in Sport Coaching & Sports Psychology and an Masters in Business Administration. I’ve found that blending my coaching and sports psychology experience with IT has yielded incredible results that out perform other technology teams. I’m also in the process of writing a book to share my insights on how to build a Winning ITSM Strategy.
