DESCRIPTION:Young people are the future of IT Service Management\, yet their voices are often drowned out by those who are long-standing members of the industry. Often forced to “follow the rules” set by others\, it is time to look at this differently.  Young people need to be encouraged to take hold of their future\, by being more pragmatic and setting forth their vision of what they want that future to be.  They can do this through influencing others via network channels curated and supported by the industry as a whole.
