SUMMARY:Same Old problems
DESCRIPTION:During 2014 and led by the speaker\, itSMF UK conducted research with the problem managers from household names like Visa\, HSBC\, Oxfam and Centrica. Ten years later\, in late 2024\, we repeated the survey on trends in problem management to see what (if anything) had changed. Organisations as diverse as Coventry Building Society\, Aegon\, Edinburgh University\, Direct Line\, Irwin Mitchell and the DWP helped us to see where problem management had got better\, remained the same or even regressed. Come along and see the results\, the analysis and see if we really are having the ‘same old problems’.
