Service Desk & IT Support Show (SDITS) is the UK’s leading annual event for IT service management, business support & service desk professionals. It hosts over 200 products and services from specialist vendors, integrators, consultancies and service providers.

SDITS is primarily an exhibition; along side it runs a highly educational programme consisting of seminar sessions, interactive workshops, VIP Breakfast Briefings and panel debates.

The 2009 show saw 4,529 visitors come through the doors, with over 650 of the sector specialists from Senior Management (E.g. Directors, Heads of IT).

From our post show visitor survey of 254 visitors, two key reasons for visitors attending the show were:

 Source new suppliers

61% of survey takers described SDITS as ‘important or very important’ when influencing their decision to buy.
