STT Trainer partners with Hornbill Systems to offer optimal delivery of training for Supportworks service management applications
Educational tools from Kaplan IT Learning enhance end-user competencies for Hornbill service desk tools
Hornbill and Kaplan IT Learning have joined forces to help end-users of Supportworks Service Management software become competent and confident more quickly and train staff with greater ease and efficiency. Using the Kaplan IT content authoring tool, STT Trainer, Hornbill will create documentation and engaging lessons that simulate the Supportworks software in a variety of formats to fit individual learning styles and preferences. Using STT Trainer lessons, new customers will learn how to use Hornbill products more effectively. Established users can maintain their operational skills and find new ways to expand their knowledge and improve competencies.
